Is 200+k miles on a cars body good to buy?

great buy for the seller. lousy purchase for you. it is 15 years old. if these are city miles, add 75,00 k for cooling system, suspension, electrical. this car will 500 dollar you to death. please avoid at all costs. there are much better buys every were. it is a 1500 dollar car. maximum. eg. just purchased 1999 plymouth voyager van. 1,500 . new tires. 127.00 KM. with service records. only problem van came no cigarette lighter , or ashtray. has no smoking sign cup holder. no sound system either. ugggh.
