What can i do about my stupid ***** of a brother? He's a big 14 yr old baby!?

He ruins everything of mine!!! I can't sleep at night cuz' he demands a huge bright light in the corridor every night cuz' her cant sleep without it. Half my books have been ripped apart after being read by him. Everything i get of my own he eith er eats or ruins. And anything i bke or make he eats!! He's 14 and I'm 12!!!!!!! I should be the one eating everything! I should be the one demanding a light! I should be the one gettign all my mom's attention!
