Your thoughts on relative vs. objective morality.?

Moral relativism is a sign of our times. The traditional systems of the past are regarded more and more with a profound suspicion and skepticism. Do you believe that our moral judgments are ultimately relative to the individual, the culture, or is there some objective grounds for morality, such as natural laws, divine command, or, my current position, intrinsic characteristic of the human psyche, namely, empathy. What are your thoughts, I'd love to hear your reasoning, and how arrived at your conclusion.
