Anyone get pregnant first month trying after having a eptopic pregnancy?

this is our 1st month back trying after i had a tubal pregnancy. i didn't have to have surgery, just got the shot. i also had the dye test done this cycle. we BD 3 days before ovulation and 1 day before ovulation...so we timed it pretty good. i'm 11DPO with no signs at all of pregnancy OR pms. normally by now, my are hurting like crazy. all i've had lately is a little bit of dizziness & heartburn. so my first question is what is the luck of the ladies who just started back trying in getting pregnancy after a tubal? and secondly, any of you end up pregnant w/ no signs leading up to testing date? thanks ladies! xoxo
