Carl Gatto, R-Palmer proposes a law to bar foreign law from courts. What do you think?

Yes, this is in Alaska. Frankly, I think I am missing something. It seems to be claiming something we already have and a waste of taxpayer money and legislative time. Is this just more political posturing?
