Do you usually use quilted leg wraps under polo wraps?

I have known a lot of people that swear by quilted leg wraps under polo's. But, i have met a lot of people who dont EVER use quilted leg wraps under polo wraps. I was looking at youtube video's on how to apply them to see if a lot of people used the quilts underneat, but no one did. I do a lot of jumping, dressage, and trail rides and i use a lot of different types of leg wraps. I usually use splint boots or full medicine boots but i just got some safety orange colored polo's for trail's during hunting season. Please dont just guess based on what you have seen. I really need help from someone who knows what they're talking about. If i wanted a guess i would just guess myself. Thanks!!!
