Is this dress appropriate for Prom?! PLEASE ANSWER!!!?

It's really nice, where what you want. It's not mandatory to wear a long dress for prom. If you are really concerned than just ask some of your friends if they are wearing long/short dresses, and go with the majority. If you dont care what they are wearing then just wear what you like. I really like the dress.
