Help with an MLA citation?

I need to cite a short story, and I know the basic format but the problem is that the copy I'm using is taken from a textbook and photocopied, and I'm not sure exactly where it's from. So should I just put down what I know or use the original publication source? Again, it's a short story. Oh, and I can't ask my teacher or anything because this thing is due tomorrow. Thanks!
