I've recently started taking Celeste pill and I am so desperately unhappy. Is this normal?

I have these awful feelings of desperation and loss of confidence, drive and self esteem. I went on the pill to enhance my relationship, but if I continue at this rate, I'm going to end up destroying it! Can anyone out there understand what I mean?
